    Royal Snow peas are a specific cultivar of snow pea that are known for their high yield and resistance to disease. The plants grow up to 3 feet tall and require support, such as a trellis or stake, to grow properly. They produce edible pods that are flat and about 3 inches long.

     

    The pods of Royal Snow peas are a dark purple color and have a sweet flavor with a slight crunch. They can be eaten raw or cooked and are a popular ingredient in stir-fries, salads, and other Asian-inspired dishes.
